A Central Saint Martins graduate with over a decade of fashion industry experience, Monica Ku is known for her mastery in fusing art, fashion and everyday functionality.
Her designs are uniquely captivating, sophisticated and constantly push the boundaries of design and craftsmanship – a true reflection of her passion for haute couture.
With a penchant for precision, quality and excellence, Monica designs and produces every garment meticulously, showcasing her impeccable taste and attention to detail.
This, together with her deep understanding of hospitality – particularly how uniforms can elevate employees’ confidence and capabilities, as well as transform guest experiences – enable Monica to create uniform masterpieces that expertly match couture with luxury hospitality.

With over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality and F&B executive management, including senior roles with The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, and Capella Hotel Group, Eric Guth has an exceptional track record in supporting hotel openings, operation excellence, upholding premium brand standards, curating best-in-class innovative F&B concepts and programs.

MCRAE BAR SYDNEY, CAPELLA:
One of the first creative commisioned work for Unitude were to re-interpretate Bill Bensley Uniform design ideas for Capella Hotel, Hanoi.
Bill’s original design were inspired by the costumes work of a Russian Painter & Costume designer, Leon Baskt.
BACKSTAGE:

CAPELLA HANOI:

THE HUDSON ROOMS:
Vodka Bar Station Cart operator for the Hudson Rooms is dressed in 1920’s train conductor inspired uniform.
Arch detail on collar were added to give it a unique feature while keeping the design relevant and modern.
BALI CULINARY PASTRY SCHOOL:
Back Office uniform for Bali Culinary Pastry School.
Uniform design were inspired by exploring different ways of wearing a “selendang” in traditional custom made fabric production called songket.
THE SEMINYAK:
Executive Back Office Staff Uniform for The Seminyak Hotel.
Emphasizing the 4 points or 4 panels to construct the garment as representatives of the four flower petals of the Hotel Flower Emblem.
CAPELLA SYDNEY:
Contributing to the Hotel Building History. The uniform themes and designs were inspired by one of the key role players within the education fields. Modernising the 1930's professors look while hinting some detail elements inspired by Wright's Prairie Style.
PATINA MALDIVES:
Custom design linens using natural material, Handmade Table Accessories produced by Local cratmanship for Patina, Maldives
